Knowledge design phase. The first thing you do is what we call a “Knowledge Design”. This is where you form your thinking on how to solve the problem. The ExpertMaker tool will assist you in capturing your knowledge and help you to model  it. Because you can model your solution based on actual knowledge it is easy to get an upper hand on the competition. The tools are very easy to use and only require you to use the manuals and tutorials, or take the basic course where we teach you how to use the system.

Teaching and training phase. The second step is to train the solution. You do that by adding examples and filling the solution with data. Depending on the size of the solution you use different ways to train and get the data into the system. You can, for example, use raw internet data and train the solution to find the right information or use a database as a source.  After this step you have a complete search solution and only have to add a user interface

User experience phase. The third step is a standard step all Internet solutions need to deal with – creating a user interface. We provide an easy to use API for the interaction with the search solution. As the solution can handle great complexity and detail it is possible to create fantastic new user interfaces that are more than just lists of links. For example, you can build a visual user interface. This is ideal for touch type devices like smart phones and tablets.
